Request for removing the comment of the phone number

got a call from this number I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message so later that day I called the number back and a recorded message said that this phone number was not a working number or was out of service like no one owns that number. So if no one owns that number how can they call me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! telemarketers are so f-ing annoying leave me alone
