Request for removing the comment of the phone number

Just switched providers and got a new phone number. I've had hang up calls several times a day since then. This number is one. They have called several days in a row (Feb. 14-17, 2014) and left only dead air on my voicemail. I have no idea who they are -- in this area (Philly), the 642 exchange is under a/c 610, not 215. 215 covers Philly proper.
