8/22/2021	Pinnacle is a low-end collection agency that uses loan sharking tactics to collect whatever it can. It buys mostly old and past statute of limitation debt for pennies on the dollar and turns its minimum wage + bonus collectors to do whatever it takes to collect something. These people don’t concern themselves with following any rules or regulations – I wonder if that is because the company has so many politicians at different levels of government in their back pocket.
