2/19/2014	these idiots called me the past 3 days said I was going to be arrested in the morning, I called my local police dept they said that a loan is a loan and there is no debtors prison it would be a civil matter, these morons are middle eastern voices, they claim I took out a 9,000 dollar payday loan, I asked them what they were talking about and the guy mr. tyler got rude and started yelling at me, they claim to be bell and harper attorney office I told them ill be happy to see the local police officer to come arrest me, he said good they will be there in the morning I said great then I can see my brother who is the town police officer what a dummy Debt collection company Nuisance
2/17/2014	Got a call today from this number, very rude and threatening, called me at my work number. Said he was going to send cops to arrest me for a loan he said I owed. $700 - wanted me to send a money gram within the next 30 minutes. I hung up on him, when I called the number back there was no answer. Unknown Negative
2/15/2014	Had a call from this number and they threatened that I'm being sued for an online loan that I defaulted on payments. They said I was being taken to court in the next 30 days in Chicago and I told them to serve me and send me all the paper work regarding this supposed loan I took out. I told them I didn't take an online loan out and he froze when I said that. He is a guy with an Indian accent very rude and was trying to bully me saying we have your SS number and address I said serve me then. If you really had my info then what was said would have been correct!!! Scam all the way!! Debt collection company Negative
2/15/2014	A guy with Indian accent keep calling my work and threatening me. He is rude and wont give up. He even tells my follow co workers to shut up when they tell him I am not there. He also said if I dont call back good luck and seeing how this all unfolds. The phone numbers they give to call never seem to work. My question is, if I really owed this debt, this company should be calling me at home as well not just work. If you were collecting a debt you wouldnt be as rude as this guy and keep calling every 5 min. I had to call local police to get them to stop calling. Debt collection company Nuisance
2/15/2014	I got a call from this guy today too. Saying if I didn't settle the amount he told me, that I would be arrested the following day at my work for Criminal Fraudulence. Had me scared that I went to the Police Department and Law Offices to inform them of the call and ask if that were possible and they assured me that they NEVER arrest based on any type of loan. I had to double-check on it because as a CNA, if I had an arrest on my record, I would not only lose my job, but my license too! Unknown Negative
2/14/2014	These Indian people called me and my work and told me I was going to be arrested and put behind bars because I had an outstanding payday loan. I asked for the case file number, dates and other information that they would only give to me! 2/14/2014	Received numerous calls on mobile phone from 767-275-9064. "Alan Pierce" and "Danny Morrison" (both with think East Indian accents) claimed to represent "U.S. Loan Lending". They were making threats of criminal action over an unpaid payday loan and demanding $898.23. After looking them up on the internet and finding several scam notifications (including this site; thank you very much) I called back at 757-350-2100 and told them to buzz off. 2/13/2014	SOME GUY OF INDIAN DECENT CALLED MY PHONE...I TOLD HIM THIS WAS A SCAM I HAVE NO CRIMMINAL RECORD.
