Call from 1-800-922-2346 at 2:59 AM (PST)! What the hell! I figured someone needed bail or had died, but no it was just an 800 number. I sent the call to voice mail and after a few minutes I had a voice mail. It was a robocall, and the only part of the robot call that was recorded was "thank you and goodbye.". The voice was a woman with an accent (Caribbean or maybe West African).

A robocall saying that AT&T wanted to give me $532, and says that to collect the money I should go to www.myatt532.com and log in. Also said " at AT&T we care about you "... Yeah right, that’ll be the day ! I called AT&T to report what I believed to be a scam only to find that the AT&T call center was closed and that I should call back on the next business day. So much for caring. if they don't care why should I? Let them worry about the scam calls using their name.

2/28/2014 Received a call from "Civil Procedure Division", a girl calling from Texas about papers to be served. Gave a case number: 14Z34757 and a number, 855-633-3603, to call for further information. When calling the number, Adam Knicks (?) in South Carolina said he was putting me on hold at the back of the line because I was asking too many questions, and I hung up. I googled the number and found it to be a scam to get your debit or credit card number.

I don't know who these people are, but I received a call stating a 'badge #' and if I didn't call a number given I would be subject to prosecution of 'tax fraud' and leaving a number of 202-738-4446. I'm on SSDI and haven't filed a tax return for 5 years because of my age. So how could I be convicted of 'TAX FRAUD'? Sounds pretty fishy to me. He said he represents an advocate group "Consumer Advocate Enterprises Services who try and get money back from time share owners who have lost money to scam companies who were supposed to be selling their property.
