Calls, leaves no message, hangs up, then will call again on another day. I have no idea who it is, only that it is a 800 Service number. No other info on this number. I just wish all these unwanted calls would stop, buy that's not going to happen, even though I have registered with the no call registry several times, the number of calls has only increased since I have done so.

After getting lots of these phone calls, I told the person I'm not the decision maker as to our electricity company so to please stop calling me. He said he would but I kept getting calls. Then I found a blog comment that said to call 866-246-7196. I did and it was for a do not call request service for a small number of companies that call consumers. Just give the caller's phone number to verify it's on their list and the receiving phone number for the do not call list.
