Same problem for me. Except its hip surgery, vaginal mesh or birth control pills. It's so ridiculous and annoying. The first 3-4 times I would just get angry that they were calling wrong person and just didn't have their calling lists right. Then I kept my patience and went through all their ?'s and they said ok we'll remove you from our list. Thought I finally taken care of it. Yeah! Nope, 2 weeks later same crap!
