Request for removing the comment of the phone number

Surrey, BC Canada. Just received a call 09:47 AM from the horrible turds using 647-557-5068. The caller on a recorder message (Always the same female voice) congratulated me about winning something and then went on with her BS and Crap. I am so tired of these calls and do not understand how in lands with LAWS that I must abide by that these people can ignore the basic laws.
