Request for removing the comment of the phone number

Same thing happened to me :

" They call, it's a recorded message offering lower interest rates. Press 1 and an operator comes. I asked to be removed from the calling list. The person on the other end laughed and hung up. I tried to call the number back and a recording says it's out of service."
