2/28/2014	Automated message asks for my wife by name, or an "authorized representative." Hangs up if given no response. A return call to this number gets another recorded message that correctly identified my insurance company by name, but still gives no indication of who they are or why they are contacting me. Clearly, my number is on their list, and their systems can identify me when I call in. Still, I have no idea who they are or what they want, and I won't give out any personal information, so their system hangs up. Unknown Nuisance
