1/8/2014	received call from 604-254-9895 asking for my credit card number so my interest rate can be lowered, I asked which one and he said Visa, I asked which Visa and he said RBC...I said I don't have RBC Visa and he hung up. 1/4/2014	A recorded message informed me that there is a problem with my credit cards - I am paying too high of interest rates - but I should "not be alarmed" - they could help. I pressed #1 to speak with a live agent - knowing full well this was a hoax. I asked the gentleman on the other end why I should be interested in 6.9% interest - given that I never carry a balance. He hung up on me. I guess I was just annoying enough :) Unknown Neutral
12/22/2013	They called offering lower interest rates, but did not identify what credit card company or bank they were calling from. When I refused to tell them which bank my card was with, they hung up on me. I called back, and it is listed as out of service. Telemarketing Negative
