7/5/2014	I received a call from this number--did not know who it is so did not answer. My sister told me how you can search numbers on the net to see who they are so did and see it is not a good number--is a scam. Unknown Negative
2/21/2014	David Cooper (someone with a strong accent that I can not place) calls from this number saying he is with the IRS and that there is a case against me and I owe them money and will be arrested if I do not pay. When I ask for the information in writing he yells at me and says they already sent it. He was obviously not from the IRS. Unknown Negative
11/15/2013	Caller claims to be calling from the California State Police Department and says I have a complaint against me and I needed to contact Atty David Cooper at this number. The caller has a very distinct accent and the call comes in the morning. I know that there is no case filed against me and if there was I would be served with court papers. This sounds like a scam to me. Unknown Neutral
