10/5/2021	Scum. I also got a "Third Notice" complaining about how many hours this bag tried to find my phone number on the internet, but failed. "How much longer before I hear from you?" Pfft. The return address isn't even an office. It's a "virtual mailbox". SPAM. Unknown Negative
4/19/2021	Received a ridiculous "Third Notice" card in the mail from this "company." It's likely someone who wants to buy houses, unless it's a scam artist. The card gives you a phone number to call, to listen to a recorded message from someone wanting you to "hear me out." The card ends with, "I would appreciate you keeping this matter private." I'd recommend that you immediately shred the card and get on with your day. Unknown Nuisance
