I receive a call from this number, they started to introduce some financial proposal like a to invest in some financial market of something like that. then i said, that i am not interesting, so after that they started to talk that they now how i am feeling, about my emotions and etc...nonsense. i hung up phone.
Some of my friends told me that they are cheaters, but i still do not know how exactly they system does work. Be careful if you would try to know...

Telemarketing company that called and wanted to know about my the financial situations of my business. Wouldn't tell me who they were with after asking repeatedly, so I hung up on them. Poor English skills, despite calling what they had to figure was an English-speaking person/company.
