Request for removing the comment of the phone number

it's a scam number targeting Verizon customers...they say you can save a lot of money off your Verizon bill...they called me 4 times within a half hour...I reported them 2 months ago, and they started calling again today...time to report again...Verizon stated to me , that they keep changing up the amount you can save, and run another scam...best not to answer the call at all.
