Request for removing the comment of the phone number

Received a call this morning from them, spoke to an agent named "Phillipe" and asked my number be added to their do not call list. He said "I will do that" and then hung up. Called back and got the same guy, verified he was going to add the correct number, then I said thank you and the call ended.
