Request for removing the comment of the phone number

Noticed a call from this number at the same time for three days. When I answered today a man claimed to be calling about my car warranty. He asked how many miles my car had so asked him to repeat his name, and where he was calling from. He said his name was Patrick and he was with the auto processing department. When I asked "auto processing department of what?" He slurred a bunch of words and all I caught was "California" and something else about auto processing department, then he asked for my car's milaeage again. When I asked for his name and number so I could call back later, he told me that was not possible. Not sure what they are up to, but it's obnoxious at the very least.
