Request for removing the comment of the phone number

I keep getting a call form 1-743-520-9714, at 1am in the morning, breathing and than hanging up. I don't know who is doing this but I wish I could find out how to stop them. I've recalled to see if I could figure out where this number is from but again just the breathing have deleted.
