Request for removing the comment of the phone number

Received 38 calls and messages from this damn number!!! Super annoying. Had to finally turn off phone so I could go to sleep. The messages filled my box up. I tried pressing9 and the calls keep coming. I did the survey and declined it at the end and still the alls keep coming. This is a nuisance!!!! I wish I could press charges or something.
