2/19/2014	This is big time fraud. A Tim Miller called my sister and claimed to be from the Process and Summons Division for San Diego County, claiming that he was going to put a warrant out for a civil arrest for money she owed, and that she would be taken into custody until a court date. Funny thing, this debt is $315, but he was asking her to pay over $3,000 which he called 'restitution' and 'bond' money. (This guy really gets around, as I read below that he also claimed to be from Florida). My sister looked into this and found out that it's completely illegal and reported him to the State Attorney General Consumer and Finance Division. She was asked what she wanted to see happen and was told that he, Tim Miller, could actually be arrested for impersonating a court officer and so she requested that. 2/18/2014	My brother received a call from this number and said they are from Landmark Legal Services demanding money and that they are going to have me arrested if he didnt pay them. We researched landmark Legal services and it states that this company is a fraud and that they are trying to get money. Unknown Neutral
