3/5/2015	This same number has left the same message at my work and cell phone. Comes through as restricted number. Asking for mesays her name is Michelle, and says that they court papers summons for me to appear in court with my social security number. But the client is willing to settle outside of court to call them back at this number. I have googled the number and not found anything. other than a few of us round this date all the same questions. I called the number back and a Daniel answered. No company name. No Law Firm name. Nor Collection Agency Name. Nothing to google to verify. Find it very odd any one of the 3 would answer their phone with Hello this is Daniel. I'm very leery of this number! Who are these people? Unknown Neutral
3/2/2015	This same number has left the same message at my sisters, parents, and cousins phone looking for me: she says her name is Michelle, and says that they received a legal affidavit with my social security number. I have googled the number and not found anything. I'm very leery of this number! Who are these people? Unknown Neutral
2/25/2015	some lady called with an unknown number on caller id stating her name is Jessica and a sealed letter came across her desk whereas a claim was filed against my name and social security number. She didn't state where she was from or the law firm she works for. She's calling me because she hasn't received a cease and desist letter from plaintiff. She called a second time stating she would be stopping by the address on file to serve me with court papers no later than 6 pm . These calls need to stop Unknown Nuisance
