2/25/2014	It's the caller ID shown for outgoing calls from Swedish hospital calls from 425-640 prefix. If you visit the emergency room or hospital or any of its out centers. You may get a call from them wanting a satisfaction survey. If the Survey, they will never leave a message. Best thing to do is call the hospital and have them remove your phone number from the computer. Do not call this number back and get the operator, They just hang up on you. Call Swedish Administration 425-640-4220, ask for a supervisor, and they can remove. Records can't remove. If they will not help ask for the patient advocator.
